Journal of Innovation Management and Organizational Behavior is a scientific journal in the field of studies related to the domain of innovation management, organizational behavior, and educational sciences with license number 88871 of the Press Office of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance since 2020. JIMOB is published under the supervision of the management department of Iran-mehr: The Institute for Social Study and Research. Among the most important goals of this publication, the following can be mentioned: Promoting and developing the culture of innovation management and organizational behavior, helping to improve the level of research and accelerating the flow of thought and the production and publication of science in this field, and providing a platform for the exchange of experiences and the publication of the latest scientific achievements in the field of innovation management and organizational behavior at the international level.
The journal welcomes all articles from scientific research (especially qualitative methodical research) in various fields related to innovation management, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, industrial and organizational psychology, career counseling, human resources, and educational sciences. Referring to updated sources and reviewing systematic literature in such a way that a suitable range of topics related to the subject of the article is covered is very important for the publication. Also, providing appropriate analysis and achieving new and innovative results will prioritize the submitted article.
